1.1 Overview
The heat-absorbing element of the vacuum tube collector is a metal heat-absorbing tube (generally copper or aluminum). The surface of the heat-absorbing plate is a solar selective absorption coating; The upper heat collection tube is welded and the heat absorption tube is made of glass with high light transmittance. The vacuum tube collector is made of all-copper material, and the heat-absorbing coating adopts blue coating and black chrome technology. Each square heat collector plate can replace 150kg of coal burning, which is equivalent to 147 kWh of electricity, and the hot water collection per square is about 80kg and above 50 °C. Adopt double circulation, not easy to scale, can discharge sewage, no pipe burst, not afraid of hail, this collector has a selective absorption coating adjustable collector tilt angle solar circulation station with pump, expansion tank and safety valve measuring instrument.

The main structure is made of aluminum profiles and plastic-sprayed steel plates, with high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance.
The bottom is equipped with casters for easy movement.

3.2 Notes
The outer surface of the vacuum tube collector is made of tempered glass, and it is strictly forbidden to impact.
During the experiment, the surface temperature of the pipeline is high, so be careful of burns.
The pressure of the experimental system pipeline needs to reach 2bar for the system to work properly.
During the experiment, each valve must be in a proper position, and the pipeline must be kept unobstructed. Otherwise, equipment damage may occur.
It is strictly forbidden to expose the collector to the sun for a long time when the circulating pump is powered off, so as to avoid the high temperature and pressure in the collector, which may cause danger.
After the experiment, the medium should be emptied, and the drain valve should be kept open.
